Within three weeks, Lamar Jackson dealt with another injury that even sidelined him for three games.
Jackson has been out every week with knee, hamstring and now injuries.
Jackson said the last injury occurred when the New York Jets defensive player put his weight on him during a quarterback catch.Like other injuries, Jackson kept moving and winning.
"I just collapsed. I'm not good. My legs are not good," Jackson said.
Asked Tuesday if the injury was improving, Jackson smiled and said, "I'm better in some areas."
Jackson has thrown for less than 200 yards in each of the last three games. He threw one touchdown to two interceptions. But he did not let injuries get him down.
"I don't think about it. We're winning, that's what it's all about," Jackson said."I can't control the injury. Things like that happen. Unfortunately, it just happens at the wrong time, I guess. But we're winning."
The title given to me by John Harbubuh who Jackson shows 143.4 pus in a quarter of his game.
After Sunday's 23-10 win over the Jets, left tackle Ronnie Stanley said the Ravens' offense needs to improve if they want to reach their Super Bowl goals.Jackson agreed with that belief, and the two-time MVP's recovery will be part of the equation.
"I totally agree," Jackson said. "So we have to do our job."
Joe Burrow explains why he is returning ahead of schedule
With the return of Joe Burrow this week, the Ravens can contend with a high-engine Bengals offense.
When Barrow suffered a foot injury in Week 2 that required surgery, it was like his season. Now Barrow faces the Ravens, even though the Bengals are 3-8 and have less than a 1 percent chance to make the playoffs, according to ESPN.
On Tuesday, Buwfuw explained why he may be dealing with injuries that come back from playing for the rest of the season.
"I'm a football player," Burrow told reporters.“I never go up to someone and say, ‘I'm healthy, but I don't think I should go out there and play.’ That doesn't mean much to me.
"I'm not going to live my life and play this game in fear that something is going to happen. Yes, something is going to happen. That's football. People are going to get hurt."
Ravens can't give Ja'marr Chase SOUCE GROVER
Ja'Marr Chase exploded against the Ravens last season, racking up 21 catches for 457 yards and five touchdowns in his two games. This is a decent season for many catchers around the league.
With Chase's opponent, Tee Higgins, out of Thursday night's game with a concussion, Chase saw a lot of Burrow's passing.
Harbaugh said Baltimore can't pay too much attention to him.
"Ja'marr Chase definitely has double coverage. He's certainly one of the best receivers in the league," Harbaugh said.“It's hard to go with that because you have other weapons there.
Chase was the inspiration for the defensive pivot last season when he benched Marcus Williams and moved Kyle Hamilton into a more traditional safety role.
The Ravens went through a secondary overhaul this year, moving closer Hamilton after trading Alohi Gilman.Baltimore also now has rookie first-round pick Malaki Starks patrolling a deep secondary.
But there is more to limiting interest than just protecting against high blows.
"Tackling is probably the No. 1 thing for him and the No. 30 thing for [running back Chase Brown]," Harbaugh said."You've got those two down to earth. Getting into position, having your eyes in the right place, leveraging on things like screens and things like that are going to be very important."
Herbaceous mice appreciate the colorful green color
Ravers Rookie Mana Green is his best match against jork new jork new jork and a phase.
The second-round pick came after Tavius Robinson suffered a foot injury this season, and Green is now comfortable sailing.
“Took on a big role early on and I think as time went on I felt more and more comfortable,” Green said.
Harbaugh said Green has made some "crazy good" reactions to screen passes that are sometimes slow to recognize.
"He's improving. He's making some plays," Harbaugh said."I think his pass rush is really starting to heat up. [He's] one of the most complete young all-around players we've had in a while. He looks good."
Don't expect Green and Dre'Mont Jones' "Draymond Green" nickname to come close, though.
