SingHaiYi Group – Its real estate portfolio is diverse a

nd it includes property development, investment, financial, and management services.

They are responsible for prestigious developments such as The Vales, City Suites, and 9 Penang.

Although they are not experienced in residential construction, they have been recognized by the BCA for a few awards, which indicates a high standard of finishing.

Group shares were registered at SGX in 2002 as Futuristic Image Builder Limited.  Malaysia’s retail sector attracted their attention and they acquired Park Mall on 9 Penang Road.

Clementi Town’s newest condominium, Parc Clematis, is set to open in the coming months.  It is situated along Jalan Lempeng 2 to 20.

There is an MRT station near this location.  Ayer Rajah Expressway meets Clementi Avenue 6 at Parc Clementi.  Located directly across from Faber landed houses, Parc Clematis condominiums were completed in 2004.

A short distance from Jurong Commercial Hub is Parc Clematis. A large commercial district outside the CBD, it has a diverse range of goods and services.

There is a wide range of bedroom types at the Parc Clementis, including 1 bedroom and 5 bedroom apartments.  The bungalows have between 452 – 3,832 square feet of bedrooms. Parc Clematis has 18 units.

Parc Clematis faces north and south, almost all towers are located in that direction.  The finished interior and regular layout attract customers.  The quality in the Park Clematis show flats is hard to believe.
