E-wallets through mobile phones are one of the electronic payment methods through which you can receive and transfer money, as well as bill payment for many government services such as electricity, gas and water bills.

Four telecommunications companies allow their customers to open an electronic wallet according to specific terms and conditions.

Easy numbers should not be allowed as PINs such as 111111 or 123456. You must enter a password to open the e-wallet application.

Passwords must be complex (example: consisting of eight characters and letters, numbers, special characters, etc.).

Steps to open an electronic wallet

1- Go to the nearest branch of your mobile company, with a valid national number card and a mobile phone link registered in your name.

2- Completes and signs an application to register customer service.

3- The customer receives a text message with a service activation code and a link to his mobile company’s service application.

4- Creates a secret number for customer use.

5- After that, the customer has an electronic wallet and he can recharge or use the balance in various payment services.

Services that can be paid through e-wallets include collection of mobile phone balances, payment of telecommunication, electricity, gas and water bills, transferring and depositing money to individuals through mobile phone wallets.
