Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew) was horrified tonight (December 4) as Elaine Jones (Paula Wilcox) appeared in court to testify – and she revealed some shocking facts in the process.

The case of Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King) began earlier this week, and Geoff wasted no time in portraying himself as a victim because he said his wife was a violent drinker.

Jeff believed things were going well, but he left for the hospital to confront Elaine to make sure he stayed away from the trial.

While the second day’s activities were going on, Yasmeen took a stand and revealed everything that had happened on the night of the attack because he explained that he feared for his life when he left.

Prosecuting attorney (Amelia Curtis) distorted her words – much to Geop’s delight – when Alia (Sir Khan) and Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dinever) gave evidence and she eventually did the same.

However, Imran Habib (Charlie de Mello) received a word that Elaine had agreed to testify, and when he revealed such a thing in court, Geoff saw it.

Elaine spoke boldly against Geoff, how he turned her into a living hell, beat her up because he abused her, and threatened to kill Tim (Joe Dutt) when she was a child.

Jeff’s anger soon turned to fear, as even the lawyer’s attempts to turn Elaine’s testimony could not stop her from standing on the ground and revealing the truth.

Elaine revealed how Jeff intimidated herself the night before in the hospital – which sparked the interest of everyone in an expression room.

Will Elaine’s words be enough to defend Yasmeen’s freedom?
