“It’s a great film, it really enlivens on the big screen, and by working with our partners in the exhibition community, we can give consumers that option in the United States where theaters are open,” Sarnaf added.

WarnerMedia CEO Jason Clare made the announcement on Wednesday, making it clear that the sequel will be available on HBO Max ‘for the first month of its release’.
